The Operative and Managerial Structure which takes care of relationships with the members and makes executive the decisions of the Executive Board is structured as follows:
SECRETARIAL OFFICE for relationships with members and logistics support to the activities of the President and the Executive Board.
SERVICES CENTER to supply companies associated with services.
LOCAL OBSERVATORY OF THE TOURIST ECONOMY. Monitors the main parameters quantitative ( arrivals and presences,) and qualitative ( Prodotto Interno Lordo turistico, Valore Aggiunto ecc. )
STUDY CENTER to work out suggestions regarding the development of the local economical system.
